  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Whole spices - (bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves)
  • Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Biryani Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cream - 2 tsp
  • Cilantro leaves - for garnish
