Our Vindaloo Base is a bold and fiery Goan curry sauce, known for its spicy and tangy flavors. Made with a blend of vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili peppers, cumin, and mustard seeds, it delivers the authentic taste of traditional Vindaloo with ease.

Perfect for quick and convenient home-cooked meals, this base allows you to create a rich and flavorful curry in minutes. Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, it contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Enjoy this versatile curry with your choice of meat, paneer, or vegetables, served alongside rice or bread for a truly satisfying meal!

  • 4-5 Dry Kashmiri Chillies (soaked in warm water)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk (contains allergens)
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Mix Spices (cumin, mustard seeds, garam masala, etc.)
  •  
  1. Blend the Kashmiri chillies with a little water to form a smooth paste.
  2. Heat a pan and add sunflower oil.
  3. Sauté chopped garlic & ginger until aromatic.
  4. Add the chilli paste, stirring well for a minute.
  5. Pour in the tamarind sauce and brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
  6. Add salt, mix spices, and water, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Stir in the coconut milk, simmering for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot with rice or bread.
